Bad business practices

I purchased a swimming from these folks this past year. I paid $300.00 to load the swimming and also the lining split. They changed the lining nevertheless when requested about compensation for that water they've accomplished only chain people along. We'venot gotten any right answers and ostensibly they believe should you dismiss anything long enough it'll disappear. They do not return calls and do not react to emails. They reveal it is Swimline (the liningis producer) that's to blame. Not really a great way to complete business!
