Not sending what was ordered

I'm dissatisfied with National Pool Suppliers. I requested A30 base round swimming 54-inches deep. They delivered the package having a 48/52 inch overlap lining for that swimming. The sidewall of the lining is just 54 inches and also the swimming wall is 54-inches. After I keep in touch with them-they state the lining must function and that I had a need to place more mud within the base (significantly more than the 5 meters they tell place in the directions) and connect a machine to draw the lining tight. I'm looking to get the right measurement lining to get a 54-inch deep swimming. They keep getting me down.

In addition they offered me the swimming lighting and Polarus 65 machine, that'll not use one another and that I needed to deliver the lighting back, although not before they explained I'd need to contact the maker.
