We bought two dog apartments in coffee finish. These dog apartments also work as finish or feature tables. They might require construction. It got us about one hour to put together each desk. On both platforms, whenever we got towards the last item, that will be likewise the final piece to become taken off the container, we unearthed that both items had noticeable injury. The 2nd dog residence/desk didn't construct nicely, and also the doorway doesn't close correctly. Item is low quality at $100.00 each. (!) We called customer service. It was our option: Possibly disassemble both items and deliver in unique presentation, OR venture out AND PURCHASE containers large enough to suit, deliver both items back via UPS (Touchstone might purchase that after we employed YOUR printer, our document, and our energy to produce their mailing labels) utilizing YOUR period and YOUR fuel. Their customer support boss really seemed amazed whenever we would not do it now. Fundamentally, we taken care of an undesirable quality item, and we're caught with-it since we'dnot visit the severe trouble Touchstone needed us to. Whatever happened to "the client is definitely correct?" We Will NEVER buy out of this organization again. Yuck!
