I have a vermont castings difiant model that burns wood and I just want to tell who ever is looking for warmth and does not mind to load wood in and out of the house, then this is the way to go. My home is over 3000 square feet and the house is always 80 degrees. The only problems I ran into where the people who installed it. I went thru three corporations until I figured out that most people who sell the stoves do not know how to install them, do your own homework.
