Mineral Elements by Eden This company fails to comply with it's return policy. You have ten days to contact them for an RMA #, but when you do they say that your trial period has expired and they refuse to provide an RMA #. Orangeville, Pennsylvania

Do not try Mineral Elements by Eden Cosmetics
This company leads you to believe you have 10 days to try their product. Their policy says that if you do not like it, you must request an RMA number. You have 10 days to request the RMA# and then you have 14 days to return the product. What they don't tell you is that they are very creative in avoiding handing out RMA numbers. I contacted this company three days after receiving the products, via the contact link on their website. I never heard back. I then called and asked for an RMA number and was told that they couldn't help me because my trial period had already ended. They agreed that I complied with their policy, however, the clock starts ticking for them the minute you place the request to try their product. They don't disclose this anywhere on their website, and as far as I know it is the only company that does this.
