Mineral Elements My 9 year old daughter saw it pop up on the computer and filled out information and used my credit card. When I received the product I asked to return it they said it has been past the trial period

I received an item from Mineral Elements on Friday night, and called Monday to find out how to return. They said I was past my grace period. Even though I received it on the 18th of Sept. They say it started on the date it was ordered which was the 9th. So they purposefully stalled the shipping to automatically charge you and avoid having to credit you. I told them I want to return, since I did not order. They refused to credit even if I returned.

I later found out that my 9 year old daughter thought she only had to pay the amount they listed and did not know it was a scam. She was on computer and the ad popped up. She used my credit card without my permission.

I am trying fight it with my bank. I currently have canceled my credit card so the fraud of a company can't charge me anymore.

Why does the government allow these companies to continue to operate.
