I requested two covers out of this organization on 5/8/07. The cash was removed from my bill on 5/10/07. Around. Fourteen days after I put my purchase online, I named the organization to confirm the standing of my purchase since I have hadn't gotten my item. Ever since then, I've quit many phone communications, I've delivered many emails and that I have actually shipped a notice towards the organization requesting about my purchase. No body replies the telephone and emails go unanswered. At no stage has anybody approached me about my purchase, I've not obtained what I requested, or have I been returned my income. I've submitted a using the BBB plus they are presently examining the problem. I possess my very own company and so I know how issues could possibly get pressed aside. Nevertheless, those things of the organization have now been just plain horrible.
