Voice One Scam

I received a bill from a credit card that I never use. It contained two charges made in August on the same day, for $30 and $39.95 from Thatbank.com. I called the telephone number at Thatbank.com and their voice mail referred me to a second number if I was calling about a recent charge made by Voice One. I called the second number and voice one had a message indicating their mail box was full and to please hang up. A few days later, I received a form letter from Voice One thanking me for switching to their long distance network. I reported this to the TExas Public Utilities commission and I called Chase Bank, the provider of the credit card. I have since verified to Chase Bank that this charge was made without my knowledge or permission and I am presently waiting for an answer from the Tex Utilities Commisson and Chase Bank. I have never been able to speak to anyone at Voice One. I am unhappy that these clowns can just charge $69.95 to a strangers credit card, then send a letter thanking me for making a switch I never made.
