Trust Security Office in Covington, GA should be shut down. This company has no respect for their customers and has no business promising trusting security to its clients. If you have Trust Security as your home coverage, call today, find out how much they would bill you if you decided to cancel your service.in the Hundreds... I bet. Last year, in August I made a call to cancel my service, at the time I was told that as of July my contract renewed for another year and that even if they cut my service, I still owed them money until July. I decided as long as they are going to charge me, I'd stay with them until July.in February I called to get a final bill so that I'd be prepared for the upcoming cancellation in July. It was several weeks later, in March that I received my bill, which is "back Billed" so I was really being told to pay for Oct - Dec. I paid. Then in May I received another bill, after my request went unanswered for several weeks. This Bill was for Jan - March. I paid. Then in June I called again requesting a final bill. I received one in July for April - June. I paid it again. After my final check went thru, I called on July 28th to once again Cancel my service. The girl who handles that was out for the day, call back on Monday, they said. I called on Monday, which was now August and I was told my contract automatically renewed and I was intitled to pay another years worth of service, even if I cancelled at that time. I am now requesting to pay this company another 208.00 for the service they have not even performed, for another 6 months of service. I can not believe this company continues to be in business. If you have Trust Security service, I suggest you immediately call and try to cancel your service. This company will not be fair, or will not an any way sympathize with you and has no support of character. Get out while you still can, and don't pay them to stick it to you in the end. They will take as much as they can get from you, you can be sure of that. It's too bad the trust of a company named Trust Security can be so shallow.
