Contracted me as creative director and never paid for delivered product

I am just one of many who have been ripped off by Mr. Quinn Rhodes. Seems he hires freelancers to create and write for magazines that don't exist, or will likely not ever exist. He draws up a contract making it nearly impossible to detect the fraud and we believe that we'll be paid on the monthly contract basis and at payday time he vanishes. Niche Age Media and Quinn Rhodes owe me $4,000. After missing the original pay date, I was asked if I could "work with him" and grant him one more week and he'll even prorate and offer a bonus.

There will be no payment as this person may not even be Quinn Rhodes... There is another name Laray Carr to watch out for as well. I was contacted via guru.com and accepted the job graciously only to find out I was being robbed. All this time I could have been doing work for people who needed it and taken care of the paying customers. After being released from my full time position in February and struggling just like everyone else is, and the last thing anyone needs is false hopes, wasted time, burning late nights to pull off creative that is never used nor paid for.

May he rot alone and slow. Who does things like this? How do you live with yourself?
