Robbie / Robert Rhodes Tile setter, didn't pay out, don't return calls

Hello, my husband did tile work for Robbie Rhodes on a job in Bricktown, okc, ok.
At first he got pd. Then it was harder to get pd, Then the last pay check never came.

We went to the job sight and he wasn't there. My husband has called him everyday sometimes several times a day and still nothing.

The other workers never got pd either. One guy named Brain had to go to the main contractor and that guy pd him. But Robbie owed him over a thousand dollars.

My husband worked his butt off for this Robbie Rhodes guy and then gets ripped off.

This shouldn't have happened. My husband is a hard worker, a good dad, and people like Robbie make it real hard on us.
