Waiting for Credit 4 Six Months Now!

The website stated at the time of order the dress would deliver in 4-6 weeks.
We placed an order order on 2/8/09 with a deliver date of 3/30 for a prom dress. Prom was 4/6. We guessed this should have been enough time. I started communicating by e-mail as they never answer the phone on 3/16. Long story short they never delivered. I started as for my refund because of this. They sent me an e-mail on 4/5 that stated the refund would take 15-30 days. I have the strings of e-mail and to this day no money back and now no communication.
