Terrible customer service

Tuff Shed came without ports. I'd settled deposit-only - wouldn't spend stability until port were mounted. This required four weeks and 10 calls. Plenty of infighting regarding whois problem it had been the ports weren't mounted and whois consideration would be billed. Lastly named area office. Vehicle came significantly more than one hour past organized period. Area supervisor, Frank, was rude and screamed at me. This really is Tufff Drop in Anaheim, CA.

DO NOT PURCHASE TUFF SHED. Customer support is horrible.
