Tuff Shed's Customer Service Is Not Very Good! - residential tuff shed

My husband and I made the decision and ordered a 10X12 Tuff shed, with paint match through Home Depot, Keizer, Oregon. The paint match was WRONG! It came a striking Dark navy blue color, when our home is a soft blue grey color. Home Depot provided us with additional 3 gallons of paint without a beat! That was their mistake, and they treated us Right. The trim on the doors did not line up, so the contractor had to reposition the trim on one of the two doors so that they would at least match. This left an unsightly goober where the board was taken off and reattached. The insides of the doors were also painted, which the contractor had never seen before. I told friends and family knot to worry, that I was sure that Tuff Shed would make it right for us. After a phone call, and email were "IGNORED" by Tuff Shed, I have resorted to this Poor rating. Customer service is NOT Tuff Shed's Priority! The contractor who built the Tuff Shed was GREAT! The company, NOT SO GREAT IT TURNS OUT~ Wouldn't take that long to paint the shed as we paid to have it painted. It is painted at the factory while in construction, we understand this. Would it be so Difficult to make this right to us by having someone come out and paint it? It would seem to be an easy fix if Tuff Shed actually cared about their customer service, which is not a Priority to them.
