Naija Blue - Michael Ponist
Still waiting for prop delivery one year out from time of sale

I purchased three prop Nerf weapons ($300-400 range) from Naija Blue from his ebay account. After paying for them I asked that they not be sent just yet as I was considering further changes or tweaks (which was allowed in his description oif the products). When I decided against further changes I asked they be sent to my address as is and was told they would be sent shortly.
This was in the June- July.

As months went by I contacted Naija wondering what the delay was and received various answers ranging from simply being swamped at work to medical distractions, at one point being told the props were by the door and ready to be shipped out. I took him at his word but as more and more time passed I became frustrated and contacted him again. He informed me that he would try to get them to me by Christmas 2008.

Since then I have heard nothing from him and the props have still not arrived (it is now August). I have emailed him many, many times politely reminding him that I was still waiting, always sending him a copy of my current address and phone number as well as requesting a response or update. I have left multiple messages through his websites contact service with the same information. Recently I have tried contacting him through his youtube account and still nothing.

I have worked in television and film so I truly do understand the concept of being overburdened and swamped with work, and have tried to be accommodating and understanding. I don't want a refund, just the quality props I paid for to be delivered in a timely fashion. The man does exceptional work and I want to buy more of his products but I can't do this when props I have been assured are forthcoming fail to arrive for a full year.
