The Apartment Movers, Inc. Moved my belongings to my new 150,000 dollar home in Garland. When they were putting my washer and dryer in the laundry room they dragged the washer across my new lanoliem? And tore several big gashes in the middle of the kitchen.
Well, I filed first verbaly then as told to write them a letter describing what had happened. 6 weeks went by so I called the owner on his cell phone, which was unlisted, And he was very vague and flat out told me that it was partially my fault for buying soft lanoliem!
Then the SOB wanted me to sign a disclaimer stating that his Co. Was not resposible before he might pay me a percentage of the cost of the floor!
