Gen - X Promotions - DSMAX
Ripped me off by telling me I was in management training, then paid me less than minimum wage

Shops, Products, Services

Gen x Promotions ran me all over the state of Ohio and even to a convention in Chicago. They promised me management opportunities with all paid training. After 2 weeks of footing it (in winter) for over 10 hours a day, the dropped my pay down to commision only. After only being trianed in sales for 2 weeks! This dropped my pay from $450 a week, down to $200 if I was lucky. They told me that if I stayed, I'd get bvetter, they'd promote me and I'd get my own team. What I got was less and less training, less and less pay and more and more hours. They said in order for me to get the promotion, I'd have to start coming in at 7 am for the meetings, I wouldn't get back to the office until after 6 pm from the sales day, and wouldn't get back home until 8 pm. I was away from home for 14-16 hours a day and wasn't getting paid enough to cover my gas to and from work. I never got the promotion, never got a raise. The place is a total pyramid scam. Never work there. Juice? Um no. How did I fall for this place anyway?
