Unethical charges and email spam abuse

I requested two cashmere blankets in the shop and visited on 'verify purchase' to get a whole people$590. Consequently, I examined my charge card and realized they had billed me US$754 instead. I sent them to keep these things clarify the costs, plus they subsequently sent me by having an account attributing the additional charges to delivery. I noticed that which was undesirable because after I established the purchase, it had been about the foundation as within the webmail verification that delivery charges were US£, and requested them to supply proof of the costs.

They wrote back rudely in my experience to inform me that I really couldnot significantly think that delivery was free, where I noticed that to cost clients unilaterally once they had established their purchase was an undesirable company training of course if they couldn't recognize the credibility of this criticism, I'd be telling American Express and also the related customer regulators of the problem. I also noticed that officially since I have established the purchase at US$540, the additional costs were unacceptable.

I then returned three emails informing me to decline the costs simply because they didn't need a person like me, that I had been a lawyer along with a lizard since I attempted to cut right out their intermediary (I'm unsure where this originated from, I'd named sent another site to request a however they hadn't gotten back again to me at that time which site seemed to be cheaper) which I 'had noone in my own existence since I had been a lizard bitch and that I understand people nicely'.

I've to express, I had been very astonished to obtain these emails because it appears like an extremely skilled and genuine site. I'd not have bought from their website normally.
