We settled the deposit to get a drop out of this organization and put the purchase. On several events, we informed them the purchase was influenced by acceptance from the region and we published this onto the purchase agreement. Hence, drop building shouldn't have started till we established the requirements.

Without telling people, the organization went forward and created the drop. After numerous confrontational telephone calls, some at around 7 A.M., they advised us they had dropped all the related paperwork, the salesman have been dismissed, and they were likely to provide the drop anyway. If we didn't take shipping, they'd cost a storage charge of $175 daily
