Total Vending Concepts
Collected money and did not secure ocations

I signed a contact with Total vending Concepts on April 28. I mailed in a deposit of $1375. That week. The contract states that the remainder ($1375) is to be picked up by the "locator" upon competion. The locating company is TMI 2129 Broadview Road, Cleveland, OH 44409 owbed by Bob Dillion. He arrived on May 9. I paid him an addional fee to assemble 55 machines. It was at this time the locator realized that 20 of the machines needed new parts. The parts arived a week later. The locator statewd that would work better for him anyway, as he was running late for his next appointment. He said he would stop by the following week - the week of the 15th to complete the job.

He also asked for payment in cash upfont. I calleed Terry Sanders of Total Vending expressing to him my reluctance to pay the ocator in cash. Terry said this was typical because the locators need cash to pay their expenses while traveling and encouraged me to go ahead and pay them. It is now August and I still have been unable to get the ocator or Terry sanders to help me.

At this point it makes no sense to wait for them to find locations as I am losing money every day these machines are not placed. I asked Terry for a refund of the $1000 for the twenty machines not placed. He said there was no way that was going to happen and that I am out the cash because I should not have paid the locator in advance. If you want to save yourself a lot of headache locate your own machines. But if you feel you must have a ocator - do NOT use this company as they feel no need to honor their contracts.
