Houndstooth Air Duct & Carpet Cleaning - Rip Off

I called Houndstooth for them to come out on one of their vents and carpet "specials". When they arrived and the technicians came into my home they were very unprofessional and very rude to me and my children. They kept pressuring me to get additional services. I told them that I could not afford it, that I only wanted the advertised special and that was just not good enough for them!!! They did not move any of my furniture and my floors were soaking wet for two days.

I called them back and the receptionist promised me that they would be back out and I never saw or heard from them again. Now they will not return my phone calls or refund me any of my money. The air duct cleaning was just as horrible!!! The special was to clean all of my vents and a thermal fogging for $269.95... The technician did not even have his fogger or the chemicals that he needed. After they were done doing the work they had to go back to the shop to get the rest of the equipment. I don't understand how the technicians knew they were coming to proform a duty and did not even have everything that they needed!!!

The reason I used this company was because of the coupon that included the disinfectant. I told them that there was a smell that I was trying to get rid of and the receptionist promised me that this would help. To this day the smell is still in my home! I will never recommend this lying company to any of my friends or neigbors - they did not do what the coupons said and now they will not return any phone calls or do anything to compensate me!!!
