After I requested your dog collar and lead. I offered the individual (woman) my charge card info. The one who got the info couldn't provide mean order quantity and stated it'd be sent to me later within the evening. 24 hours later I named and that I talked exactly the same woman who nearly didn't recall and again mentioned it'd be sent to me. 24 hours later I delivered a contact saying I'd as an order quantity, verification, or something given that they had my charge card info and that I had nevertheless to receive something. I am still waiting. After yet another endeavor, I am calling my charge card organization to ensure they don't cost something against my bill. The organization site obviously shows a much better support you then really receive.
