On October 3 I requested the Infant Einstein 26 DVD Gift Set from ClubMembersDirect.com. I had been billed $54.95 plus $6.95 for delivery. The purchase form did not identify what type of delivery; it simply stated (Additional). It's October 21 and that I haven't acquired the purchase. I named the 800 range about the website 1 800-716-1970 and was welcomed with voice-mail mentioning me back again to the web site: support@clubmembersdirect.com. After numberous calls at-all hours of your day and night to obtain info from the individual and three emails towards the site for support which no body has responded I am feeling cheated.

About The evening that I put the purchase I obtained two emails one in the Membership Associates Immediate site confirming my purchase plus one from ELECTRONIC LIQUIDATIONS using the same research order quantity. I've no method of calling ELECTRONIC LIQUIDATIONS to discover what is happening there.

Our CREDIT bill came today using the cost for that Baby Einstein present collection. I am wondering how to proceed. Who do I contact to obtain possibly the merchandise I requested or my money-back?
