Closed and still taking orders and collecting money

I was contacted by seal guard system they came out gave me an estimate i gave them a down payment and was told someone would be out in 3-6 weeks to install when then the 3-6 weeks was up i received a letter stating the company was ceasing operation and i could contact someone else to do the job i was not give any of my money back and the contact person says they have nothing to do with that company and they have been referring people to them the only thing they can do is do the job and charge their fees
