LLC ripoff dishonest and fraudulent billing I find this company abominable to assess her account in this manne

My mother called to ask if I had charged anything to a credit card that we share. I told her no, I literally had put the card up and not used it in practically a year.

Her statement reflected a charge approximating $65.00 from Direct One LLC. The charge as dated 05/05/03. It hit her caard on 05/07/03. The reference #'s are 2416804326980039810 and 6980039810. The phone number listed is 1-800-665-52CA.

I have not agreed to any phone service provider change and certainly not anything has been charged from my end.

This is an obvious scam, a ripoff and deception on the part of this company. I demand that her account be reversed and that they check to make sure that the account is cancelled.

I called the 1-800-863-8667 number to discover that they are not open after 2:00 P.M. On Saturday. I also called 1-877-863-8667 and received the same recording. I will continue to attempt contact Monday - Friday.

My mother is a retiree with limited income and I find this company abominable to assess her account in this manner. Please advise what I should do next to restore her funds.
