Do not buy it at Jareds You will be sorry

I got my wedding ring from Jareds. I lost a diamond and took it back to be replaced. It was expensive and from what I have read not worth the money you spend on it. They replaced the diamond and a few months later it fell out again. I took it back and they told me I would have to buy a new diamond with no discount. If it had been sized correctly and the prongs were done right it would not have fallen out again. I said you just fixed it why should I pay all this money again. I was told I am to rough on the ring which I wore for 10 years now I am rough. I guess we did not learn our lesson because my husband bought a gold bracelet for Christmas. It also broke. They said it would be $100.00 to fix. I was shocked at the price and asked to write down what needed to be done. I was told she would not do that and that the price would be the same when I came back. I went to another establishment and was told it would be $20.00 to fix my bracelet. The repair was not the same I was told it needed at Jared. This was a simple and inexpensive fix.
Customer service is lacking in this store. The only thing they care about is you spending more money than you should. I will never shop in Jared again. I wonder if I even got a real diamond replaced in my ring. Just because they advertise on TV does not mean they are honest and won't rip you off.
