Atlantic Home Builders Inc. Watch Out, Beward, Do Not Do There Own Work, Thieves, Did Not Finish the Job, Stole Our Money

This company is one of the worst company's out there. I have never been through anything like this in my life. They almost knocked my house down. The day Neal came to our home after we answered an ad that was left on our door, we through we were about to get some home remodeling done.

This is where our nightmare began. Neal sole us his sells pitch the company tell him about how they do all of there owe work, how they are the best in what they do because they don't have to hire outside worker all worker are certified and completed on time. We had just refinance and told Neal, he told us he could put everything in one package at an ARM RATE and get the work done and we could refinance in 2 years back to a fixed rate. They hooked us up with Countrywide Mortgage Co. With a special friend of the company that takes care of the mortgages for them. We were told not to talk to anyone else that calls about a mortgage only Danny. Few weeks later we had 3 checks for the work to be done. Neal came to pick up the checks the next day after they came in my sister didn't know and give him 2 of them, totaling $23,000 we still had the one for $11,000. Knowing we knew nothing about the mortgage business we agree. First no permits were pulled to do the work.

Second, they send two sub-contractor to excavate the house that did not no what they were doing. The second day of digging the right side of my house started to fall. Imaging Sunday laying in bed and all of a studding you hear all this crumbing in your basement not knowing where it's coming from. (By the way I had just loss two fingers cutting grass). That Monday came back and we told them we heard something downstairs last night. I was on my way to the doctors. While my sister was at the doctor they called me on my cell and said we could not come back in our house. We had to move 7 people to a hotel ASAP for 2 weeks. 3 Adult and 4 kids misplaced no warning, no help. They didn't even offer to help us pay for anything.

Third, the work was never done; they have refused to give us back our money the sub-contractor they fired to put our house back up they have not paid his money and have not given him any more work since. They made a deal with the insurance company to not have to pay the lawsuit we have and to pay them instead. Straight up criminals!!! If you see them coming, run, run for your life
