OK Marketing
My son sold magazines for them around the country. OK Market does not carry a soliciting license. My son didn't know he needed one. He got arrested He now has a $350 fine. He does not live in NE. How can we defer this charge to OK Marketing?

Shops, Products, Services

Our boy was employed while he street a Greyhound cross-country coach with a man who stated he was a "Supervisor" for okay Advertising. They perform promoting journal subscribers door-to-door in Co, Nebraska, Iowa and some additional claims that I'm unaware of.

They travel round the nation in big categories of 50 or even more. They fall categories of young adults off in communities and these "children" move door-to-door attempting to sell magazine subscribers. They're trained not to consider "No" for a solution.

Our child was imprisoned in Buffalo Region, Nebraska for taking with no permit. He offered our address as his permanent address. Authorized paperwork began to get to the email aprox. 3 months ago. I allow the courtroom in Nebraska realize that my boy doesn't reside in Nebraska and questioned what might be completed about that cost.

He didn't believe he, individually, required a permit when he was employed by a real company that used him which was a marketing organization. The organization must have a taking permit which should cover-all it is workers.

Anyway, so what can be achieved to move this cost/good to okay Advertising. Our boy doesn't have $350 to pay for this good.

Will there be a lawyer that might be prepared to consider this situation, pro bono?
