Bought illumination on 4/3 and submitted online for that refund on 4/5. Up to now, no refund check has been obtained. Each phone towards the Refund Center has led to the consultant informing me they might advance my request to unique solutions and that I must delay 14 more times. It has been happening since April. After 16 months, I-donot understand basically'll actually visit a refund.
