Bait and switch

I'd bought a websight from History Websight Solutions. I had been guaranteed an awardwinning websight, and obtained nothing of the type. I had been provided an inexperienced websight that is emabarrassing and unprofessional. They twice charged me for that view, and provided me credit in the place of cash back.

After I asked for that credit using the expectations of getting an awardwinning websight, I received only a run around. The client support representatives called me for their supervisor, who, never had the decency to come back a telephone call, or answer some of my emails that I Have published.

After I called to protest, none of the customer support representatives could assist me. I've a complete listing of titles of customer support representatives that I've conveyed with who all have guaranteed me to assist me, but not have. I've been significantly more than individual, and completely feel scammed by the corporation. I've googled other comparable grievances voicing exactly the same emotion about History Websight Solutions a.K.A. Hitwebdesign. To advertisement insult to damage, the corporation had the audacity to deliver me a "doit-oneself" e-mail on the best way to come up with crucial aspects of the websight myself. There are lots of thoughts of course activities lawsuits brewing of the smell this organization has positioned on harmless companies like mine. At this time, I simply need my cash back. I actually donot feel comfortable speaking with any employees from that organization after what's occurred. They must be embarrassed of themselves for doing this unconscionable exercise of baitandswitch chicanery.
