Ripoff, charged my credit card since aug $9.00 twice a month, 4 days apart!

When i noticed my charge card is over the limit i went through every statement for the year.
Beginning in Aug this company charged me two charges of $9.00 each on the 26th and 30th of EACH MONTH.
I tried emailing them, tried logging in to there websight. No luck.
One websight is www.reservationrewards.com, and the other is travelvalueplus.com
Not sure what to do. Guess i will start here. I have late fees on my card due to this of $35 each, so this company has cost me $142 at this point.
