Had my important information. They were told I need to give this thought. Tried to call them back, Could not reach them Caller ID Said

I was contacted by an individual by the name of Lance Lopez Employee#1558, He had my important information, even my card #. He told me I had 7 day free access on www.mysearch4grantsandfunding.net website and I was being charged $1.98 for some information they are going to be sending me. He gave me this telephone #1-866-607-1071 I tried calling them back to say I wasn't interested and could not get a hold of anybody and was told their office hours were 9:00 am to 9:00pm and this was 1:30pm.

I tried calling the # on my caller ID and got an automated voice giving me 3 choices. 1. Speak to a representive. 2. Take me off their caller list. 3. Hang up. I pushed 1 and was told all representives were busy and I need to pick another # from their list. I pushed 1 again and got hung up on. I tried this several times and got the same results. Their e-mail of confirmation is bogus because I never agree and they sent it so you could not reply. I have tried to get a hold of these people to let them know I want no part of their service and they have made impossible for me to back out. What are they trying to hide. The # on my caller ID is 1-973-813-7744.
