I purchased an item and returnded it via tracked mail on June 16. June 28 they finally emailed me and said they received it. It is now July 24 and I have no refund and they have the item. I disputed it with my credit card company. When you call the 800 number on the website, they say that they can't help you with refunds.

I spoke with the manager who says she won't do anything becuase of the dispute being file. I have been ripped off. DO NOT use this company unless you plane on losing your money.
