Lease Source Inc, Northern Leasing, MBF And Many More Lease Source Inc Prey on small businesses and have scammed hundreds of thousands of consumers

Beware of these people. They go by many names, some of them virtual Companies. They offer leasing on credit card terminals. They have a very consistent pattern of deceptive and fraudulent trade practices. They prey on Mom & Pop businesses with false promises of better rates and all that. Their reputation is BAD. Look them up in the BBB website. They have literally hundreds of complaints from many States. They moved to NY a few years back because of the amount of complaints they had in IL.
The only way to get the service is signing "non-cancellable" agreement and after finding out who they are and want to cancel they chase you down like a mad dog, ruin your credit and sue you. And the filing is only in New York, nowhere else. Who is ever going to stop these white-collar thieves? Well, finally, last May New York Supreme Court Judge allowed a Class-Action Lawsuit against Northern Leasing. If we could all join that would be great. The more, the merrier. They are talking at least of about 300,000 consumers that have been scammed by these companies.
