Rip off Bait and Switch tactics with horrible customer service

I have had a wide variety of problems with T Mobile. A brief summary of them are as follows:

They charged me the activation fee that they promised they wouldn't, constant monthly billing errors, they lost my rebate paperwork twice, I've been hung up on and actually told by a Customer Care Representative that they're "not obligated to send invoices, it's my responsibility to find out how much I owe and when it's due".

I purchased an expensive model, v70, that never worked, even with the 2 replacement models sent out. They wouldn't allow me to downgrade to another cheaper model, I could only pay more to upgrade and extend my contract. Basically it was a bait and switch tactic. They sold me that phone, knowing it wouldn't work (not just the one I got, but all the replacements sent had the same problem.) and then expected me to purchase a new one.

They also told me they wouldn't give me a refund on my phone cause I had it too long. I bought the original one in November and the first replacement was sent out in Jan. The second was sent out in Feb.By the time they told me they wouldn't give me my money back, I had the replacement phone (that didn't work) for less than a month.

Once I sent a letter to the FCC, they put my account under investigation and refused to give me any info, nor an estimated day someone would call me back with assistance. They have this mysterious "Executive Customer Care" dept that will contact you and if they get mad or you don't accept their "solution", they'll disconnect. They also refuse to give out they're direct number to you and tell you they'll contact you back on "their" time.

Oh yeah, and they're not clear on their rate plans when they sell them. There are always exceptions in their favor. Most of my family and friends switched with me and now we're all waiting for our contracts to expire.

Since the whole bad phone thing, they won't discuss anything. They'll only send me voicemails without ringing my phone.
