I have applied at a truck company to go drive for. They checked my DAC and ask me what happened a premium. My reaction was "what. I never drove for them or heard of them." they advised me that it was on my DAC report that I had drove for them for a month. 3 to 4 and was terminated for company policy violation. I had been driving local in St. Louis, Mo. I do have my pay stubs as proof. They gave me the phone number to the company that was on the DAC report, and told me to call them to have it taken off. It turned out that premiumtransportation staffing was p i & i motor express. I did apply there, but turned down the job, because they didn't want to tell me anything about they company. They didn't road test me. They didn't have any orientation there. They just wanted me to sign some papers and away I go. I told them i would have to think about it. They also wanted me to used my personal cell phone as a company cell phone. After I had talked to several of their drivers where I got conflicting stories about how the company operates. Some say teamsters, others say their not. Some say they get paid every week, some say bi-weekly. Some say they have benifts, some said they weren't offered any. The list goes on and on.

The bottom line is, I told them that I wasn't interested in the job, never got in one of their trucks, never pulled a load. I have never received a single dime from this company, yet they said i worked there for a month. I guess I have to dispute this with DAC.
