He Ripped Off My Family & I! Our Bankruptcy Did Not Go Through & He Kept Charging Us For His Mistake!

We went to G. Anthony Yuthas for our Bankruptcy. He seemed like he was having trouble with a substance or something. He was very overweight, and lazy it seemed.

When he filed our case it was dismissed immediately. Meaning we were going to have to pay more. His office was also very uncomfortable. Anyhow, at the time he had an assistant who was wonderful, and helped us tremendously until the case was filed. At that point he told us that she had moved to another firm. We tried to contact her because Tony was not ever available, and he did not help us with our file. Not only that he charged us more money for us to do the work.

I was very unhappy with him, and finally had to seek another attorney. He was not of any help. Also, I had to contact attorney regulations and report him for neglecting my case and unethically charging me more.

If he has done the same to you contact The Colorado Supreme Court Attorney Regulations Counsel and report him immediately. He is not a good attorney, and I think he may be addicted to something.
