Ripoff artist United Home of Indianapolis, Indiana is supported by crooked Better Business Bureau in Indianapolis. Ripoff swindlers

United Home, owned by a Mr. Joe Crump, of Indianapolis, promises at their website at www.realestatemoneymaker.com that they have the best guarantee possible. If for any reason you are unhappy with his book just let him know within three months and he will immediately refund your money no questions asked. I let him know that I couldn`t make money with this in two months.

Then, when he hadn`t responded to my email request after a couple of weeks and I had emailed him a couple of times more, he demanded that I return the books (cost me $127) to get the refund. I didn`t think I should have to because that wasn`t mentioned in his guarantee. So I turned it over to the Better Business Bureau of Central Indiana.

We finally worked out an agreement through the Better Business Bureau that I would return the books and that he would then immediately send me my refund. So I returned the books and after the refund hadn`t arrived after a couple of weeks I emailed him and he replied that he wasn`t going to send the refund because the books weren`t in reuseable condition (first I had heard of that condition).

I complained to the Better Business Bureau and they basically told me to forget it. They also refused to even register my complaint, so as far as I know if you check out United Home at www.betterbusinessbureau.com you will find the claim that no one has ever complained about United Home to them, even though I`ve complained to them at least three times.
