Ripoff work at home ripoff scam North Miami Beach

I just read another girl's usacomplaints.com about United Sales & Book Publishing, Inc. She said they ripped her off. I recieved a letter from them saying I could make $5-$15 an hour for stapling books together for that company. They said I will get paid before I staple the books. However, they didn't specify how I should mail these books. They just said once I mail them and send them following there instructions, I can make $5-$15 an hour. Is this a shady practice or what? Rebuttal would be helpful. Preferably positive.
