Unauthorized charges to my credit card

After I had my granddaughters' images drawn in early January, I obviously was instantly registered for this household honors system without my understanding or permission. On my next charge card statement, I'd a cost (that we cannot remember the total amount and since I have get digital payment, I can not take a look at a declaration to discover) for my account in household prizes. After I named JCP, they explained I'd to contact the household prizes connections myself to obtain the cost taken off my bill. I did so - up to now I've not had a credit put on my charge card bill. Nowadays I tested my bill online and there's a cost thru the JCP face business of $39.25 on 7/14. I'venot bought something - including pictures - from JCP in July. I believe I've been billed once more for a course that I never registered for. I've delivered a contact to JCP for a reason of the cost.
