Unauthorized charges

I bought (online) a bunch of Clear Types Premium Household Gloves from Glovesaver.com for $12.34, and that I obtained an online verification and a contact verification the cost was $12.34. Glovesaver.com subsequently charged my charge card $21.51. After I reported to Glovesaver.com, they recognized their error plus they stated that they'd credit back the distinction ($9.17) to my charge card. Glovesaver.com never gave back the $9.17 despite my many phonecalls and emails for them throughout the next month. Lastly, I'd to challenge the cost with my charge card organization by delivering all of them the paperwork, and my charge card business acknowledged the $9.17 to my bill.
