This attorney who I have been dealing with for over twelve years. Whom had recently been let go from this lawfirm, had mishandled three of my cases and in turn caused more damage to my cases, my health & life from years of lies, improper behavior and stress than you can imagine. He had continuously led me to believe my cases were where they should be and lied to my face over and over, with a smile and leading me to believe that my cases where all moving forward and close to settlement. Meanwhile, after trusting this man to do his job. I come to find out that two of my cases were closed for two years and at one of my many trips to his office to confront him regarding the status of my cases. I come to find out from his superior that he was dismissed, and my cases where untouched or followed up on for over two years.in fact, one of my cases that he had given me a copy of the letter that he was supposed to have filed, was in fact never filed because his neglagence was the reason as to why I never recieved the proper treatment after multiple surgeries and not the insurance companies fault. This mans acts as if he is your best friend, trying to get involved in your personal life & will have you believing that he is working hard for you because he cares personally. He would come to my home many times to manipulate me, acting as if he was doing me a favor, so I didn't have to come to the office. When the truth was, he didn't want to deal with my questioning or take the chance of speaking to anyone else about my cases. Even when I would call his office to try to speak to his superiors to inquire as to the staus of my cases. He would have his secratary notify him when I would call and make sure he got ahold of me first. I am disabled and unfortunitely I trusted this man to look out for my best interest. I have been a client with this lawfirm for many years and don't feel that what has been done to me should happen to anyone else.
