The company would not refund my money. They lied, stating they sent me an offer that they cannot seem to reproduce now

I spoke with RealyTrade on the phone about listing my Bluegreen points to sale. I was told the cost for listing would be $895. When I stated that I did not have the money available the salesperson said he could reduce the cost of the listing to $495 and I could pay the remaing $400 when I accepted an offer from a buyer. He also told me about the money back guarantee, which states if I did not get an offer within 6 months I was entitled to a full refund. The contract states this with specific instructions on requesting the refund. You have to request the refund in writing with 10 days of the end of the 6 month contract. I followed the intructions explicitly. Within an hour of faxing the written request I got a phone call from RealyTrade saying that I could not get a refund because they had sent me an offer that I had not responded to. I had been searching my e-mail often for offers as I really needed to sell the property. I never saw an offer and I even had been checking my spam folder. I asked them to find the offer and prove to me they sent it. They never reproduced it for me. I think this is a strategy they are using to hold onto customers' money.
They said they would continue listing my property if I signed a new contract. Since they were refusing to give me my money back I signed a new contract hoping they would eventually sell it for me. It has been almost 6 months again with no offers. I will request a refund again. I know for sure I have had no offers. If they try to pull the same stunt again I will be even more furious. Do not trust this company to refund your money. I tried to call them recently on the phone line they used to contact me originally. It has been disconnected. From the complaints I have seen on line, I am not the only one who has had a problem getting a refund from this company.
