A company that you can not trust! Do not make a purchase with them!

WillyGoat is a company that will not help when things go wrong. I purchased a swing set from them 2 years ago and the wood started to rot and there were dangerous rusty staples emerging. They would not help me replace any parts without charging me full price even though the wood is supposed to be under warranty for 10 years. They wanted me to get replacements from the manufacturer. They went as far as to tell me to threaten the manufacturer and tell them the swing set had become a danger to my children. I feel that I purchased the swing set from them so they should be the ones to pay for the parts, not the manufacturer or they should be the ones to get the parts directly from the manufacturer for me without charging me. I personally would never use this company again for anything. If I were you, I would go to your local something I wish I had done, too.
