Repeated contacts and harrassment

I hired an attorney to send a "cease and desist" letter to this company after several harrassing phone calls. Since hiring the attorney however a "Mr. Sanchez" from Jason Head Law Firm is still contacting me and has even gone as far as calling the department at the University through which I am getting my education degree! I called this Mr. Sanchez back and told him I had an attorney he could contact and NOT to contact ANY ONE other than my attorney however today I got another message from my University department that he called AGAIN and left a message. How can I make them stop? The debt they are attempting to collect is beyond the statute of limitations.
