Rip off

I've a revolving credit line with hfc. I had been simply advised the amt i spend every month, the only real amt that would go to the theory is 24.00 out-of 331.00 a month. I named them-and they actually stated that the benefit was significantly more than the total amount. It appears as though the more i spend the more the total amount rises. After I expected them to fall my rate of interest they stated that these were not getting any programs. This in my experience appears like a rip-off.
