I have had a subscription to this paper for roughly 10 years, this past year their billing has been extremely in accurate. I paid my bill through aug 09 only to be perpetually billed for more money dispite phone calls that assured me that the problem had been solved and faxes of the original statement that I paid from.
My account is currently in grace period? Although I paid through August!
I will be cancelling my long standing subscription, billing and circulation clearly do not communicate. I hope I don't have too much trouble cancelling as that seems to be just as difficult according to other blogs.
Thank god the pioneer press just came to my town!
