Driver backed into my parked car, company won't pay for damages!

Three weeks ago I came home to find that my car had been backed into and had substantial damage to the front bumper. My building's super had witnessed the event and collected the driver's info and the moving truck's license plate information.

I immediately called Public Van Lines to discuss the damage.initially I was told that the company admitted to the accident, and that it would not be necessary to call the police. A man by the name of Zion told me that his company would pay for the repairs to my car and that one of his employees had already returned to the car to take photos of the damage.

For the past three weeks I have been trying to deal with the company and get them to repair my car but they are giving me the run-around! They won't give me their insurance company's information (maybe they're not even insured?) and they keep requesting the same documents from me, which I have provided numerous times.

At this point, I think I am going to have to pay out of pocket to have the car repaired.

This is a VERY SHADY COMPANY and run by VERY SHADY PEOPLE. They are not willing to take responsibility for the damages and they are doing everything possible to ignore my phone calls and not respond to my messages.
