I tried to cancel my order very soon after my order was positioned, and my credit card was charged anyhow.

This is actually the number where you are able to attempt to get client satisfication. I'd to keep for atleast 45 moments, but atleast i came across someone who could speak english and atleast attempt to solve my problem.
