Cash obtained from my consideration but nonetheless no shoes

I put an order for 1 set off tall ugg shoes. Upon looking at it established I'd positioned my purchase but stated I requested 2 sets, actually offered me 2 individual purchase figures with 2 various payment methods! I sent customer solutions instantly on 21st January, got no response but still nowadays 2nd february I've no answer atleast 5 emails. Cash obtained from my consideration but nonetheless no shoes!!! Keep clear.
